Property Manager

Location: On-site in Standish and Buxton, Maine, United States, with regular travel between properties

Salary: $25.00–$28.00 per hour

What you will do

• Oversee the operational, financial, and compliance health of a diverse property portfolio.
• Manage day-to-day activities including move-ins, lease renewals, inspections, and financial administration.
• Lead and collaborate with site management and maintenance teams to maintain quality living environments.
• Coordinate with Resident Services Coordinators, resident associations, and local organizations.
• Support engaging activities and an inclusive, welcoming atmosphere for residents.

Requirements

• Property management experience; multifamily housing management experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of general accounting principles, contract preparation, and budget monitoring.
• Strong judgment, communication, interpersonal, listening, diplomacy, discretion, and problem-solving skills.
• College degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between properties.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and ability to communicate in English.
