What you will do

• Lead the strategic vision and positioning of integrated commerce for enterprise clients.
• Advise clients on commercial challenges, growth strategies, decision-making, and measurable business outcomes.
• Develop omnichannel commerce strategies covering product listings, promotions, media, product visibility, and full-funnel performance.
• Embed commerce considerations into brand, media, creative, and upstream planning.
• Drive experimentation through automation, product detail page testing, campaign testing, and scalable learning agendas.
• Partner with planning, media, analytics, technology, and transformation leaders while contributing to business development and mentoring future commerce leaders.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in commerce, growth strategy, or performance-led roles with a record of driving client revenue and growth.
• Strong senior client-facing, commercial, storytelling, and communication skills.
• Strategic expertise in product discovery, listings, promotions, media, conversion optimization, and experimentation.
• Experience applying data, analytics, AI, and technology to experimentation and performance improvement.
• Ability to operate through influence, shape evolving capabilities, and align teams around shared goals.
• Ability to work from Boston, Dallas, or New York.
