Director, Product Marketing Manager (Commerce)

What you will do

• Define and lead product marketing strategy, including positioning, target segments, and growth priorities.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a product marketing team while raising execution standards.
• Own and evolve go-to-market strategy to drive acquisition and expansion across channels.
• Develop differentiated positioning and messaging using customer, market, and competitive insights.
• Partner with Product, Sales, and Demand Generation to align execution and measure pipeline impact.
• Strengthen sales enablement and customer storytelling to improve market presence and win rates.

Requirements

• 7+ years of marketing experience, including 3–5+ years in product marketing within ecommerce or digital commerce.
• Experience defining and executing go-to-market strategies with Product, Sales, and Marketing leadership.
• Experience leading or mentoring team members and driving performance.
• Strong strategic thinking and the ability to connect insights to business outcomes.

• Experience in enterprise technology, particularly AI-driven platforms.
• Experience influencing executive stakeholders and contributing to company-level strategy.
• Strong analytical skills linking initiatives to pipeline and revenue impact.
• Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex concepts into clear narratives.
