SVP, Integrated Delivery (AI)

What you will do

• Own and evolve the enterprise integrated delivery operating model, including standards, governance, tooling, decision rights, and staffing models.
• Lead the central delivery organization across integrated engagement leadership, the PMO, Product Owner community, and Quality Engineering.
• Manage delivery economics and commercial intelligence across the integrated portfolio, including margin, utilization, rework, pricing, staffing, and pursuit decisions.
• Establish executive governance for portfolio health, value realization, delivery quality, and enterprise risk.
• Set the direction for AI-enabled delivery and the Global Delivery Center, including onshore and global work routing.
• Partner with account, practice, finance, pre-sales, and solutioning leaders while representing delivery in executive client forums and escalations.

Requirements

• 15+ years of delivery leadership experience in agency, technology services, or marketing services environments, including 5+ years at VP, SVP, or equivalent level.
• Experience designing or materially transforming enterprise delivery operating models with standards, tooling, staffing models, and governance.
• Experience leading large, multidisciplinary organizations spanning engineering, creative, strategy, and data.
• Strong commercial and financial fluency, including engagement P&Ls, margin levers, and portfolio-level delivery decisions.
• Experience aligning delivery to client KPIs and business outcomes, with disciplines for measuring and proving value.
• Experience with AI-enabled delivery models and offshore or nearshore production routing as an operational capability.

• Experience scaling AI-native delivery operations across multi-practice organizations.
• Experience building or scaling a Global Delivery Center or hybrid onshore/offshore model.
• Experience integrating acquired delivery teams into a unified operating model.
• Exposure to enterprise marketing technology, CRM, performance marketing, or data and analytics delivery.
• Track record of developing delivery leaders.
