Deployment Strategist (AI)

Location: Remote, Australia

Builds conversational AI agent platforms for banks, insurers, lenders, and investment houses across Israel, Australia, and the US.

What you will do

• Own client engagements from kickoff through go-live and steady-state deployment.
• Run discovery and design workshops with product, compliance, and operations stakeholders.
• Configure AI agents in the platform using flow JSON, conversation nodes, collect/end nodes, and prompt engineering.
• Present progress, risks, and roadmaps to project leads, executives, and C-suite stakeholders.
• Support organizational readiness and change management for AI agent adoption in regulated institutions.
• Manage delivery risks and connect client feedback with Product and Engineering to improve implementation patterns.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in a client-facing technical delivery role, such as implementation, deployment, solutions engineering, or technical customer success.
• Experience delivering AI, data, SaaS, or enterprise software products into production.
• Comfort working with flow logic, JSON configurations, prompt structure, and conversational AI design without necessarily writing production code.
• Fluent English is required for client-facing work across Israeli, Australian, and US accounts.
• Ability to lead executive discussions and technical working sessions with confidence.
• Strong ownership, follow-through, and ability to work effectively with ambiguity.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLM prompt engineering or conversational AI design.
• Familiarity with banking, insurance, investment workflows, KYC, SLAs, risk sign-off, or other financial-services compliance processes.
• Experience delivering products in other regulated industries, including healthcare.
