What you will do

• Lead tactical execution for a dedicated AI squad focused on Experience or Product/Finance.
• Own accountability for regulatory phase gates and ensure timely delivery of functional agents.
• Interface with Prudential domain squads to resolve blockers and align requirements.
• Drive delivery of MRM artifacts and report on sprint health.
• Monitor Shadow Mode progress and manage the transition from development to certification.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Agile delivery management for AI or high-complexity software projects.
• Familiarity with the AI engineering lifecycle, including reasoning layers, guardrails, and evaluations.
• Experience delivering risk-managed software in the financial sector.
• Project management certification such as PMP or CSM, with a focus on technical delivery.
• Operational discipline, conflict resolution, dependency management, and a results-oriented mindset.
