Portfolio Lead (AI)

What you will do

• Own the financial performance, forecasting, resource planning, governance, and profitability of a $40–50M portfolio.
• Act as the executive delivery sponsor and escalation point for strategic client relationships.
• Partner with Client Partners on account growth, expansion, renewal strategies, proposals, and commercial negotiations.
• Oversee delivery excellence across fixed-price and time-and-materials engagements, including quality, scope, schedule, risk, staffing, and financial performance.
• Champion Agentic SDLC adoption and embed AI agents and intelligent automation throughout the Software Development Lifecycle.
• Lead, coach, and develop Product Delivery Directors and Product Delivery Managers while coordinating with Sales, Architecture, Finance, Talent, and Operations.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in software engineering, product delivery, or technology consulting.
• Experience leading large-scale delivery organizations and owning a $40M+ professional-services portfolio.
• Proven success in executive client management, commercial growth, account expansion, and strategic business development.
• Strong understanding of modern software engineering, cloud technologies, Agile delivery, and enterprise architecture.
• Experience with AI-enabled delivery transformation, automation, or digital transformation programs.
• Availability for travelling and ability to work with globally distributed teams.
