Customer Fulfillment Analyst

Location: Anderson, South Carolina, United States; onsite office position

What you will do

• Manage The Home Depot orders from creation through shipment.
• Monitor shipments, sales, inventory availability, and service-level performance.
• Coordinate with sales, supply planning, demand planning, distribution, hirify.global Asia OPD, and Home Depot IPR teams.
• Maintain critical reports covering out-of-stocks, cycle time, and service levels.
• Drive end-to-end process control and continuous improvement while supporting a 98% in-stock target.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Operations, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in retail sales, marketing, transportation, distribution, purchasing, or manufacturing.
• Exceptional analytical, mathematical, statistical, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Project management, team leadership, interpersonal, and metrics management skills.
• Ability to work in a process-driven, fast-paced environment with changing priorities and firm deadlines.
