What you will do
- Process and track customer orders from entry through delivery.
- Provide updates on order status, shipments, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Sales teams to resolve order issues.
- Monitor order backlog, identify delivery risks, and support delivery performance.
- Maintain accurate customer and order records in company systems.
- Generate operational reports, analyze data, and support process improvements and special projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 0–2 years of experience in customer service, operations, supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and manage multiple tasks.
Nice to have
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
- Experience in manufacturing, technology, or supply chain environments.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
