TL;DR
Global End-to-End Supply Chain Process Owner (Supply Chain/SAP S/4HANA): Developing and standardizing end-to-end supply chain processes, policies, SOPs, and planning requirements across global operations with an accent on S&OP/S&OE, MRP, ERP integration, and process harmonization. Focus on eliminating bottlenecks, leading continuous improvement and transformation initiatives, and coordinating change across cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
Location: Lansdale, PA, United States of America. This onsite role requires U.S. Person status for authorized access to ITAR-controlled data.

What you will do
- Develop global standards, policies, SOPs, process definitions, templates, data sources, technology roadmaps, and roles for end-to-end supply chain processes.
- Capture and analyze business requirements and translate them into standardized, scalable processes.
- Define KPI outputs supporting S&OP and S&OE, and provide recommendations for supply planning and process improvement.
- Identify bottlenecks and non-value-added activities, then lead continuous improvement and transformation initiatives.
- Coordinate process improvements and system integrations across supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, quality, IT, operations, product management, procurement, and finance.
- Lead training, communications, change management, and process harmonization across global and cross-cultural teams while ensuring regulatory, trade, and governance compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or a relevant field.
- 10+ years of experience in supply chain or operations.
- Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain concepts, including S&OP/IBP, MRP, order fulfillment, and logistics.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, especially SAP S/4HANA, and supply chain planning tools.
- Experience with process definition, mapping, analysis, implementation, analytics, and supply planning across business units, plants, products, and geographies.
- U.S. Person status is required for ITAR-controlled data access.

- Supply chain certification.
- Project management experience leading transformation or continuous improvement projects across multiple geographies and business units.
- Change management or transformational change certification.
