Sales Business Development Coordinator (Automotive)

What you will do

• Answer customer calls and schedule sales appointments.
• Respond to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templates.
• Provide initial product information and direct customers to appropriate dealership resources.
• Present initial financing options based on customer needs.
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to schedule and with customers who miss appointments.
• Use the CRM tracking system daily and participate in team and process development sessions.

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience.
• Strong computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Prompt, courteous, positive, and hardworking approach.
• Collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve.
