Automotive Service Business Development Coordinator (BDC) - Cooper Auto Group Corporate

What you will do

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from service clients.
• Build customer relationships and schedule appropriate service appointments.
• Determine transportation needs while vehicles are being serviced.
• Transfer calls to the appropriate service personnel.
• Answer basic warranty questions and arrange appointments to resolve service issues.
• Document calls and client information in CRM software.

Requirements

• Customer service skills and strong phone and computer skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, administrative, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment with a pleasant and courteous approach.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening.

Nice to have

• Experience in retail, call center, or sales environments.
• Automotive service experience and knowledge of X-Time and CDK.
