Technical Team Lead (.NET)

What you will do

• Own the technical delivery, priorities, architecture, and roadmap for a development squad.
• Act as the technical authority in the Product Owner, Designer, and Tech Lead trio.
• Develop hands-on within a Scrum squad using .NET and Vue.js.
• Improve architecture, code quality, scalability, and engineering standards through technical initiatives and code reviews.
• Mentor developers and collaborate with other Tech Leads, the CTO, and Software Development Managers on organizational architecture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience with deep expertise in .NET/C#, backend frameworks, and SQL Server.
• Previous Tech Lead experience or senior development experience involving technical roadmaps and delivery ownership.
• Understanding of web, SPA, and component architecture, backend design patterns, database optimization, and RESTful API development.
• Knowledge of web security and cross-browser compatibility.
• Strong ownership, analytical and organizational skills, and the ability to explain technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with commercial growth features such as cross-sell and upsell functionality.
• Experience building internal tools, infrastructure, or integrations with other Visma solutions.
