Location: Dublin, Ireland; hybrid work from the Dublin office 3 days per week

Salary: €93,000–€143,000 EUR per year

What you will do

• Lead and nurture a high-performing product engineering team.
• Define team scope and help hire a balanced group of engineers.
• Support direct reports through regular one-to-ones, career development, and actionable feedback.
• Evaluate team effectiveness and improve engineering efficiency.
• Develop a deep understanding of database systems to guide architectural decisions.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, Data Science, and Business Operations on roadmap execution.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recent experience managing a product engineering team of four or more engineers.
• 7+ years of industry experience deploying applications across large codebases with many contributors.
• Ability to translate, document, and present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong technical foundations for assessing product engineering tradeoffs.
