Engineering Manager – SaaS, Lund

What you will do

• Lead, inspire, coach, and grow a full-stack team of 10–20 software engineers.
• Guide the development of SaaS software components across the entire stack in an agile DevOps setup.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX specialists, and stakeholders to align priorities and deliver software solutions.
• Recruit and onboard new engineers while ensuring the team has the skills and resources for current and future challenges.
• Manage performance reviews, salary discussions, budgeting, recruitment, and team development.
• Build a culture of trust, openness, collaboration, and pride in the work.

Requirements

• Proven experience building and leading Agile software development teams delivering SaaS solutions.
• Strong understanding of software development and software architecture.
• Genuine interest in creating a great user experience.
• Experience managing strategic and technical initiatives and supporting employee growth.
• Proficiency in English and Swedish is required.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
