Sales & Design Specialist - Fairfax Suite 120 (Furniture Retail)

Location: Fairfax, Virginia, United States; onsite retail role. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Salary: $20.00–$21.00 per hour, with uncapped commission on shipped items and a performance-based bonus plan.

What you will do

• Guide clients through in-store demonstrations and personalized design consultations.
• Design furniture and space solutions aligned with client needs, preferences, wellness goals, and productivity.
• Build client relationships, follow up proactively on leads, and drive sales.
• Collaborate with the Architecture & Design community to develop brand awareness and partnerships.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and a premium store experience.
• Process transactions and manage orders accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• Experience in retail sales, interior design, or client-facing design consultation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design or rendering tools.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing more than 20 pounds and follow safety protocols.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
