Sales and Design Consultant

Location: Dallas, Texas, USA; must commute to customers' homes and work at least one showroom shift per month.

Compensation includes $2,000 paid biweekly during the 12-week training program and uncapped earning potential.

Custom-designed organizational solutions and installation services for closets, entertainment centers, pantries, home offices, and other areas of the home.

What you will do

• Consult with customers and measure their homes to create personalized storage solutions.
• Design custom solutions using proprietary CAD software.
• Sell projects and meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets through referrals and repeat business.
• Follow up with customers and collaborate with installation teams through job completion.
• Manage a portfolio of projects and clients with varying levels of complexity.
• Participate in meetings, training sessions, and a 12-week paid training program.

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 and confidence using laptops, tablets, and other electronic devices.
• Creativity, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong sense of craftsmanship.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Interior design education, direct industry experience, and/or in-home sales experience preferred.
• Previous Salesforce, CAD, or design software experience preferred.
