Production Manager

What you will do

• Coordinate and supervise production teams across multiple shifts to meet customer requirements and operational objectives.
• Manage team development, performance, training, mentoring, and onboarding in line with legal requirements and company values.
• Manage daily manufacturing activities, adjusting operating processes to maintain continuity and achieve quality, volume, and waste targets.
• Ensure accurate production data registration and documentation under internal and external regulations.
• Coordinate technical interventions and maintenance activities, ensuring they are performed safely and according to established procedures.
• Enforce equipment safety procedures and promote safety awareness, responsible behavior, and a respectful workplace.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5–8 years of leadership experience in an industrial or multi-shift environment.
• Significant production line experience in a technical environment, ideally involving plastics or textiles.
• Knowledge of operational best practices, production workflows, equipment functionality, and standard manufacturing processes.
• Advanced English proficiency and fluency in the local language are required.
• Strong team motivation, delegation, prioritization, problem-solving, communication, and safety-discipline skills.
