Principal Designer (Brand, UI & Motion Design)

What you will do

• Create high-quality designs across brand identity, conceptual UI, dynamic media, and visual communications.
• Connect creative decisions with client business objectives, brand strategy, and technical feasibility.
• Lead complex design initiatives from initial concept through final delivery with Strategy, Account, and Technology teams.
• Present design strategy, creative rationale, and trade-offs to executive-level client stakeholders.
• Manage client feedback while defending design choices and adapting solutions to evolving business needs.
• Mentor senior and lead designers as a subject matter expert and practice lead.

Requirements

• 12+ years of design experience in an in-house team, agency, or consultancy.
• An exceptional portfolio covering visual design, brand identity systems, digital products, motion, and visual communications.
• Mastery of typography, grid systems, color theory, layout, and interactive design.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Strong understanding of digital product design, web standards, and modern front-end frameworks; coding is not required.
• Superior verbal and visual storytelling skills, including experience building trust with executive stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience or strong interest in emerging creative technologies, including Figma Make & Weave, Webflow, and AI tools.
