Senior Product Designer (AI)

Location: Remote, United States; willingness to travel to Texas to work directly with field teams.

Salary: $130,000–$155,000 estimated base salary annually, plus equity.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end interaction flows and high-craft visual design across Field AI initiatives.
• Turn computer vision, multimodal models, and agent capabilities into clear, trustworthy interfaces.
• Design mobile-first experiences for Superintendents and Direct Construction Operators working in real jobsite conditions.
• Use motion design to make AI interactions intuitive, responsive, and compelling.
• Partner with the Field AI product manager and engineering teams from concept through launch.
• Present hirify.global’s AI narrative to executives, company teams, the board, and investors.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience with a portfolio showing strong interaction design and visual craft.
• Direct experience designing mobile applications; iOS experience is strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI and machine learning patterns into products.
• Motion design skills and the ability to design for confidence, uncertainty, and human-in-the-loop correction.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, including executive-level presentations.
• Collaborative, self-starting approach with the ability to work across product, engineering, and operations.

Nice to have

• Interest in construction and the built environment.
• Prior industry experience is not required, but rapid domain learning is expected.
