Growth Marketing Manager

What you will do

• Lead and scale profitable new customer acquisition and contribute to the long-term growth strategy across marketing channels.
• Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, Display, and Affiliate channels.
• Partner with Product, Digital Product, Lifecycle & Engagement, Analytics, Creative, Insights, and Brand teams on growth initiatives.
• Translate channel, cohort, and NPS data into actionable insights, strategy, and creative messaging.
• Own the landing page roadmap, experimentation plan, funnel optimization, forecasting, and spend allocation.
• Build growth analytics and reporting processes, resolve tracking and pipeline issues, and drive AI and automation adoption.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in performance marketing, DTC, management consulting, strategy and operations, technology, or a similar field.
• Strong data-driven problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and turn insights into action.
• Hands-on experience with testing, learning, calculated risk-taking, and performance optimization.
• Ability to collaborate across global, cross-functional teams and manage external vendors and agency partners.

• Experience with omnichannel attribution models.
