Growth Marketing Head (AI)

Location: Yerevan, Armenia, or remote from Europe/UK; remote candidates must spend the first month in Yerevan and a few weeks per quarter there. Relocation to Armenia is a strong plus and is covered.

What you will do

• Own performance marketing strategy, targets, and spend efficiency across multi-million-dollar annual budgets for two products.
• Scale paid search, paid social, creator, and emerging channels by identifying headroom and optimizing marginal returns.
• Build attribution, incrementality, LTV, payback, cohort analysis, and campaign reporting systems using raw data.
• Run a high-velocity experimentation system covering hypotheses, testing, and scaling decisions.
• Automate bid management, creative testing pipelines, audience synchronization, and reporting.
• Adapt growth playbooks to both high-volume prosumer/SMB and call-center funnels.

Requirements

• Proven experience personally managing multi-million-dollar performance marketing budgets with measurable CAC and growth results.
• Strong analytical skills across LTV/CAC, payback curves, marginal ROAS, incrementality, and raw data analysis.
• Experience building tracking, attribution, automation, and reporting infrastructure from scratch.
• Strong creative, landing-page, and brand judgment alongside performance marketing expertise.
• High ownership, initiative, and ability to identify, size, test, and scale growth opportunities.
• Fluent English required for daily work with tier-1 markets.

Nice to have

• Scripting experience or fluent work with APIs and AI tools.
• Relocation to Armenia.
