What you will do
- Own marketing performance evaluation and optimization across all acquisition channels to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead acquisition forecasting, rolling re-forecasts, and scenario planning to guide investment decisions.
- Develop data-driven recommendations for media investment to maximize ROI and acquisition efficiency.
- Build and maintain performance reporting frameworks and dashboards using BI tools.
- Partner with Marketing, Finance, and Data teams to align performance insights with business growth targets.
- Investigate performance trends to diagnose root causes of changes in volume, conversion, and customer quality.
Requirements
- Significant experience in marketing performance, growth marketing, or commercial analytics.
- Proven track record of building complex forecasts and investment models.
- Deep understanding of performance channels including Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliate, and Display.
- Proficiency with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into commercial recommendations.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders through data-driven insights.
