What you will do

  • Own marketing performance evaluation and optimization across all acquisition channels to identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead acquisition forecasting, rolling re-forecasts, and scenario planning to guide investment decisions.
  • Develop data-driven recommendations for media investment to maximize ROI and acquisition efficiency.
  • Build and maintain performance reporting frameworks and dashboards using BI tools.
  • Partner with Marketing, Finance, and Data teams to align performance insights with business growth targets.
  • Investigate performance trends to diagnose root causes of changes in volume, conversion, and customer quality.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in marketing performance, growth marketing, or commercial analytics.
  • Proven track record of building complex forecasts and investment models.
  • Deep understanding of performance channels including Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliate, and Display.
  • Proficiency with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into commercial recommendations.
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders through data-driven insights.
