Performance Marketing Lead (Health & Wellness)

Location: London, UK; 3 days office based

Salary: £60,000–£80,000 per year + 10% bonus

DTC subscription brand operating in the health and wellness space, with an established direct-to-consumer operation, ambitious growth plans, and increased media investment.

What you will do

• Own Meta and Google performance marketing end to end, including strategy, forecasting, and campaign execution.
• Scale paid social activity profitably, with a particular focus on improving Meta performance.
• Build a structured creative and landing-page testing programme with the Creative Strategist.
• Own channel budgets, forecasts, and commercial performance against NCPA, CPA, and MER targets.
• Manage and challenge agency partners using data and commercial insight.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Meta and Google, with Meta expertise essential.
• Proven experience scaling paid social activity.
• Strong DTC ecommerce experience, ideally in health and wellness, supplements, or consumer FMCG.
• Commercial confidence managing forecasts, budgets, and performance targets.
• Ability to work independently as an individual contributor in a lean business and hold agencies accountable.

Nice to have

• CRO and landing-page testing experience.
• Subscription business experience.
