Infrastructure Engineer (AWS)

What you will do

• Architect and build secure, scalable AWS cloud infrastructure with Terraform and Terragrunt.
• Design and maintain automated, repeatable CI/CD pipelines and champion GitOps deployment workflows.
• Own production reliability by implementing observability, defining SLI/SLOs, and leading incident response.
• Build compliance-ready infrastructure for SOC 2 and GDPR, including strong IAM and secrets management.
• Optimize cloud costs while maintaining performance and reliability at scale.
• Create developer tooling and documentation, mentor engineers, and help shape infrastructure strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on infrastructure engineering experience with end-to-end ownership.
• Expert-level, production-active Kubernetes experience, with EKS strongly preferred, within the last 12 months.
• Experience building and managing AWS infrastructure for B2B SaaS products.
• Deep hands-on expertise with Terraform and/or Terragrunt, plus end-to-end CI/CD experience.
• Broad experience across compute, networking, storage, monitoring, logging, and observability platforms such as Prometheus, ELK, or Datadog.
• Must be independently authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

• Background at VC-backed startups or mid-sized companies rather than exclusively large enterprises.
