What you will do

• Design and implement manufacturing processes, equipment, and plants from pilot stage through full operation.
• Develop and improve manufacturing methods using scientific mold and process control principles.
• Manage plant, equipment, and process improvement projects.
• Optimize press cycle time, process consistency, and mold change performance.
• Collaborate with operations, technical, and hourly personnel on process optimization and new product development.
• Lead scrap reduction initiatives and support employee engagement activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field.
• RJG Master Molder I and II training certifications.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience required; 3–5 years preferred.
• Experience with manufacturing process improvement, mold design considerations, and process control.
