Data Center Construction- Mid to Senior Project Manager

Location: Saline, Michigan; 4–5 days per week onsite based on client need

Salary: $110,000–$140,000 per year, commensurate with experience

What you will do

• Independently manage the full scope of data center and other critical-environment construction projects.
• Lead and mentor project teams while managing schedules, scope, budgets, and client objectives.
• Manage project risks, contingency planning, and schedule and budget recovery plans.
• Act as an owner’s representative, resolving issues and conflicts and guiding informed client decisions.
• Coordinate with clients, architects and engineers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Oversee invoicing, collections, additional-services opportunities, requirements gathering, and needs assessments.

Requirements

• 3+ years of construction project management experience and a strong understanding of building design and construction.
• 2+ years managing critical-environment construction projects such as data centers, laboratories, or hospitals.
• Experience with MEP in ground-up construction.
• Bachelor’s degree, associate degree, or equivalent experience in a construction-related discipline.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Saline, Michigan 4–5 days per week as required by the client.
