What you will do

• Manage multi-discipline teams of engineers and designers throughout all project phases.
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships through transparent and consistent communication.
• Organize and lead weekly internal meetings to define project action plans.
• Coordinate site visits, including preliminary investigations, support, and bid walks.
• Respond to construction inquiries and collaborate with contractors regarding field conditions.
• Monitor project hours, budgets, and oversee team time sheets and billing processes.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Roanoke, VA.
• 5+ years of experience managing engineering and design projects across all phases.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and complex problem-solving skills.
• Ability to take initiative and lead teams effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
