MEP Project Manager

Location: On-site in Roanoke, Virginia, USA; limited travel required

Salary: $100,000–$135,000 USD per year, plus performance-based bonuses

What you will do

• Manage multidisciplinary teams of engineers and designers across all project phases.
• Develop and maintain client relationships through clear, consistent communication.
• Translate client requirements into actionable information for engineering and design teams.
• Organize weekly project meetings and coordinate project plans.
• Coordinate site visits, preliminary investigations, site support, and bid walks.
• Respond to construction questions, monitor hours and budgets, approve timesheets, and support accurate billing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing engineering and design projects for clients.
• Strong time management, complex problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Leadership, initiative, commitment to high standards, and a motivated attitude.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work on-site in Roanoke, Virginia, with limited travel.
