Project Manager

Location: Remote near Chicago with a light hybrid onsite/remote work model at the downtown Chicago office

Salary: $80,000–$120,000 per year, with potential annual bonuses and profit sharing.

What you will do

• Act as the primary day-to-day contact for clients and internal teams.
• Scope, estimate, plan, and execute new and ongoing client projects.
• Manage parallel cross-functional work streams across strategy, design, UX, research, and web development.
• Track budgets, revenue, margins, forecasts, risks, schedules, quality, and delivery.
• Prepare project plans, status reports, requirements documentation, and other lifecycle materials.
• Improve internal project management processes, tools, knowledge management, and team development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience.
• At least 3 years of professional project management experience.
• Experience leading projects in a client services organization or digital agency.
• Experience delivering multifaceted projects from start to completion on time and within budget.
• Strong planning, organization, communication, negotiation, conflict management, and risk mitigation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work streams under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering technology implementation projects.
• Experience working with agile methodology.
