Supervisor, Logistics Operations

Location: Grand Island, New York, United States; onsite warehouse and manufacturing operations

Salary: $73,614–$103,000 annually plus a 6% annual bonus

hirify.global provides healthcare and pharmaceutical products, with this role supporting a manufacturing site’s logistics operations.

What you will do

• Lead inventory control for finished products, API chemicals, manufacturing supplies, components, labels, and consumables.
• Coordinate receiving, outbound shipments, replenishment, cycle counts, discrepancy reconciliation, and material distribution to production and distribution centers.
• Schedule and coordinate transportation with carriers, distribution centers, contract manufacturers, and suppliers.
• Supervise Warehouse Operations Planners and Label Control operations while recruiting, training, and developing personnel.
• Maintain warehouse procedures and ensure compliance with cGMP, safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Administer warehouse management solutions and lead system, inventory movement, and continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field and at least five years of experience in a distribution environment.
• Experience managing multiple warehouse management processes, preferably in a multi-site environment.
• Strong analytical, leadership, team-building, problem-solving, and employee-relations skills.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, and warehouse management systems.
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office products.
• Proficient knowledge of Good Warehouse procedures and general supply chain processes.
