Supply Chain Supervisor II (Medical Devices)

Location: Cleveland, Mississippi, United States. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; visa sponsorship or transfer of sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $80,000–$100,000 annually

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day warehouse, interplant shipment, finished goods, work-in-process, and inventory control operations.
• Ensure the accurate receipt, storage, movement, issuance, and shipment of materials and finished products.
• Coordinate planning, purchasing, order management, manufacturing, suppliers, distribution centers, and third-party logistics providers.
• Manage transportation provider relationships, carrier claims, pallet inventory, and material transfers to and from production areas.
• Coordinate product flow to contract sterilizers and serve as the plant liaison with the Replenishment Center.
• Lead and mentor warehouse, material-handling, and shipping personnel while improving productivity and material flow.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; operations, logistics, or a related discipline preferred.
• 5–10 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a comparable operations or logistics environment.
• Strong cross-functional coordination, communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with inventory turns, service levels, business trade-offs, change management, and process improvement.
• Ability to understand and apply quality standards, safety instructions, and current Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Ability to build tools that simplify work and support effective team leadership.
