Salary: $83,300–$105,200 per year.

What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop Sales Coordinators responsible for shipment planning, transportation management, order fulfillment, and customer communication.
- Oversee finished-goods shipment execution to support on-time delivery, accuracy, cost efficiency, and compliance.
- Coordinate with Sales, Manufacturing, Operations, Warehouse, transportation providers, and distributor leadership.
- Resolve escalated issues involving shipment schedules, transportation delays, order fulfillment, and delivery performance.
- Monitor logistics metrics including on-time shipment performance, delivery accuracy, customer service levels, transportation efficiency, and freight costs.
- Drive process improvements and implement logistics tools, systems, and reporting to improve visibility and productivity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Operations, or a related field.
- Experience coordinating domestic and international shipments, carrier management, freight planning, and transportation issue resolution.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP, ERP systems, transportation management, freight, and shipment tracking tools.
- 3+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience in logistics, transportation, customer operations, or order fulfillment within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex shipment and fulfillment workflows.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational, and relationship-management skills.
