Customer Service Technician I (Medical Equipment)

Pay range: $19.11–$29.41 per hour

What you will do

• Safely load, secure, deliver, and retrieve medical equipment for healthcare customers.
• Process, clean, inspect, and test equipment at the district office.
• Educate customers on equipment features and functionality during delivery.
• Complete paperwork and data entry for billing, inventory, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate equipment inventory and documentation.

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Current, valid, unrestricted driver's license and a safe driving record.
• Customer service experience and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergency off-hours supporting a 24/7 schedule.
• Ability to lift or push up to 75 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch, kneel, crawl, sit, and stand.
