Data Center Construction - Mid to Senior Project Manager (Cost)

Location: Franklin Furnace, Ohio, United States; approximately 5 days onsite per week required based on client needs.

Salary: $110,000–$140,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additional compensation may include bonuses and a 401(k) match.

What you will do

• Independently manage the full scope of data center and other critical-environment construction projects.
• Lead project teams and manage schedule, scope, budget, risk, contingencies, and recovery plans.
• Act as an owner’s representative, resolving issues and conflicts and guiding client decisions.
• Manage financial and contract activities, including invoicing, collections, and identifying add-services opportunities.
• Collaborate with clients, architects and engineers, contractors, general contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Conduct requirements gathering and needs assessments while anticipating and solving project and team risks.

Requirements

• 3+ years of construction project management experience and a thorough understanding of building design and construction.
• 2+ years managing critical-environment construction projects such as data centers, laboratories, or hospitals.
• Experience with MEP in ground-up construction.
• Bachelor’s degree, associate degree, or equivalent experience in a construction-related discipline.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Local support in Franklin Furnace, Ohio, with approximately 5 onsite days per week required according to client needs.
