Sr. Lead Product Manager - Developer Experience (Payments)

Location: Scottsdale, with a hybrid work model. Hybrid positions are also located in San Francisco, Chicago, and New York. Candidates must independently be eligible to work in the United States for any employer; visa sponsorship is not available.

Base pay: $150,000–$200,000 per year for Phoenix, Chicago, and Washington, DC; $180,000–$240,000 per year for New York and San Francisco. Additional discretionary incentive plan and benefits are available.

What you will do

• Define product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and priorities across one or more products.
• Build and align cross-functional teams around customer pain points and product solutions.
• Lead the evolution of the developer documentation platform and manage the vendor relationship.
• Own documentation quality, editorial standards, governance, and cross-functional review processes.
• Integrate modern developer tooling and collaborate with engineering and developer relations to improve the developer journey.
• Define metrics for onboarding, adoption, satisfaction, revenue, risk, and security outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 9 or more years of progressive related experience, or a post-secondary degree with at least 4 years of related experience.
• Experience with product strategy, roadmap development, revenue targets, design thinking, and agile development.
• Leadership and cross-functional collaboration experience, with strong listening and execution skills.
• Experience building and delivering products and working directly with technology teams on requirements and user stories.
• Experience with developer-facing documentation, documentation governance, developer portals, and API/SDK ecosystems.
• Eligibility to work in the United States for any employer is required; visa sponsorship is unavailable. Background and drug screening are required.
