Sr. Product Manager, Private Passport Platform (Fintech)

Location: Chicago, IL; onsite full-time role

Salary: $114,500–$194,700 USD annually

What you will do

• Lead planning and execution across UI/UX frameworks, documents, alerts, messaging, notifications, usability, and platform usage.
• Drive a consistent, intuitive client experience across capabilities, channels, and devices.
• Coordinate delivery across multiple agile teams and shared product domains, aligning dependencies and outcomes.
• Define product requirements, epics, features, and user stories for agile delivery.
• Establish platform standards and governance supporting consistency, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Use client insights, analytics, KPIs, feedback, and market trends to prioritize enhancements and drive adoption.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Deep experience with UI/UX, design, usability, and high-quality client experiences.
• Expertise in product strategy, roadmap development, lifecycle management, and agile delivery.
• Knowledge of digital platforms, cloud-native architectures, shared services, and emerging technologies.
• Experience with analytics and client insights, plus strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Advanced product management or financial services certifications.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or a similar platform.
