Field Claims Specialist (Termite Damage)

Location: Alabama, United States — virtual/remote

Compensation: $70,700–$92,000 per year, with total earnings potentially affected by overtime, incentives, commissions, performance, and route assignment.

What you will do

• Review complex termite damage claims and determine the appropriate course of action for final resolution.
• Work with internal and external customers to develop evidence and establish claim facts.
• Investigate liability and root causes, determine remedial treatment requirements, and define repair scopes.
• Maintain accurate claim documentation and prioritize assignments through the full claim lifecycle.
• Support branch visits for training, claim investigations, and resolution activities.
• Monitor the Terminix Contractor Network for compliance and quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience handling or processing termite damage claims.
• Experience building professional relationships in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Advanced problem-solving, analytical, time-management, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, sound judgment, decisiveness, ethics, and integrity.
• Coaching skills; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Licenses and certifications as required.
