AG-Manager, Maintenance

Location: San Diego, California, and Santa Fe Springs, California; 30% travel across the West Region

Salary: $120,000–$130,000 annually

What you will do

• Plan and maintain preventive maintenance programs and job plans across multiple plant locations.
• Develop and coordinate plant capital project budgets and execution.
• Coordinate regional SAFECOR and Gas Engineering Group initiatives.
• Schedule maintenance with plant managers, operations teams, hirify.global staff, and approved vendors.
• Manage critical parts inventories, purchasing, maintenance costs, and forecasts.
• Provide technical support, maintain critical components, support cryogenic equipment issues, and manage safety-audit action plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
• 1–3+ years of equipment maintenance experience.
• Experience with quality control and safety procedures.
• Ability to travel 30% across the West Region.

Nice to have

• Prior experience working with cryogenics.
