Maintenance Manager

Salary: $96,225–$143,696 per year

What you will do

• Lead maintenance operations at the Cleveland Films Facility and oversee Control Engineers and hourly Maintenance Technicians.
• Promote workplace safety through training, project management, and EHS responsibilities.
• Develop and implement preventive and proactive maintenance strategies to reduce unplanned downtime.
• Lead, develop, and challenge maintenance staff while providing hands-on technical support when needed.
• Partner with operations and engineering on CapEx, infrastructure, and business continuity projects.
• Improve work order systems, spare parts, tools, and supply inventory while managing daily maintenance response.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred.
• 3–5+ years of successful experience in plant maintenance or engineering leadership.
• Experience developing technical training strategies and supporting talent development.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, including automation controls, DCS systems, mechanical drives, PLCs, sensors, and motor controls.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, budgets, and engineering projects in a factory environment.
• Strong leadership, organization, and computer skills, including MS Office, CMMS, Google platform, and AutoCAD.
