Data Center Construction - Junior to Mid Project Manager (Data Center Construction)

Location: Onsite 4–5 days per week between New Albany, Ohio and Trenton, Ohio, based on client need

Salary: $110,000–$140,000 per year, commensurate with experience

What you will do

• Independently manage the full scope of construction projects and components of additional projects.
• Lead and mentor project teams while managing schedules, scopes, and budgets.
• Manage project risks, contingency planning, and schedule and budget recovery plans.
• Represent the client as a trusted partner and maintain alignment with the client’s vision.
• Manage invoicing and collections and identify additional-services opportunities.
• Coordinate with clients, architects and engineers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to resolve complex challenges.

Requirements

• 3+ years of construction project management experience and a strong understanding of building design and construction.
• 2+ years managing critical-environment construction projects such as data centers, laboratories, or hospitals.
• Experience with MEP in ground-up construction.
• Bachelor’s degree, associate degree, or equivalent experience in a construction-related discipline.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite 4–5 days per week between New Albany and Trenton, Ohio.
