Product Engineer — Enterprise Platforms (AI)

Location: United States; hybrid work schedule

Salary: $100,000–$120,000 per year, depending on qualifications; eligible for an annual bonus or commission incentive.

What you will do

• Design and build full-stack features across Next.js applications, serverless APIs, CLI tools, and cloud infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain integrations with Salesforce, Workfront, Workday, Bizzabo, and other enterprise SaaS platforms using REST APIs, OAuth flows, and webhooks.
• Build internal tools and services for safe interaction with enterprise platform data.
• Implement event-driven automation workflows using webhooks, queues, and database-backed state machines.
• Apply AI and LLM capabilities to content extraction, conversational interfaces, and agent orchestration.
• Maintain infrastructure-as-code, deploy services, and contribute to internal developer tooling.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5+ years of professional software engineering experience building and shipping web applications.
• Strong TypeScript and React proficiency; Next.js App Router experience is strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB, plus serverless architecture.
• Experience integrating third-party REST APIs and implementing OAuth 2.0 flows, including authorization code, client credentials, and PKCE.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Prisma or a similar ORM, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, containerized deployments, and AI-powered developer tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with or interest in Salesforce, Workfront, Workday, or other enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Production experience applying OpenAI, Anthropic, or other LLM APIs to workflow automation.
