Software Engineer (AI)

hirify.global is an AI hospitality platform that automates guest communication and day-to-day operations for hotels and vacation rental managers across text, web, and email.

What you will do

• Own features end to end, including schemas, APIs, interfaces, deployments, and production issues.
• Design and improve the agentic loop, including the information the agent can access, available tools, and decision-making behavior.
• Build integrations with property management systems such as Mews, Cloudbeds, Hostaway, and Guesty.
• Develop evaluation systems to measure whether agent changes improve performance.
• Ship production software and participate in on-call responsibilities for owned systems.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience writing production software used by real customers.
• Strong TypeScript skills and comfort working across the stack with React, Next.js, and Postgres.
• Ability to make product decisions and independently solve ambiguous problems.
• Hands-on fluency with LLMs and agents, including daily use of Claude or ChatGPT and experience building with these tools.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience shipping LLM features to production and handling latency, cost, evaluation, and model-change challenges.
• Experience with telephony, real-time audio, or messaging infrastructure.
• Hospitality technology background.
