Senior Director, Marketing (Healthcare)

Salary: $148,000–$274,200 per year

What you will do

• Build five-year integrated multichannel marketing strategies and execute annual plans for ICHRA insurance products.
• Lead marketing teams and creative, media, and SEO agency partners across DRTV, CTV, digital, social, search, radio, out-of-home, web, and direct mail.
• Partner with Marketing Operations and Analytics to advance precision marketing, data analytics, ROI measurement, and investment scenario planning.
• Create a digital-first, consumer-focused marketing culture that adopts new capabilities and technologies.
• Influence product development by incorporating customer insights and needs into new products and business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, Compliance, and other business partners to deliver growth and financial commitments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of marketing experience in a regulated industry are required.
• Experience in healthcare, particularly group benefit administration, is strongly preferred.
• Proven organization and talent management experience, including leading change and developing diverse talent.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with and influence internal and external stakeholders in a complex business environment.
