Event Marketing Manager (Healthcare SaaS)

Location: New York City, United States; work from the Hudson Square office 4 days per week

Salary: $115,000–$130,000 base salary, plus equity and bonus

What you will do

• Develop event marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives and business goals.
• Plan and execute trade shows, conferences, webinars, and other in-person or virtual events.
• Manage budgets, vendors, logistics, event branding, collateral, and event communications.
• Promote events through digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, and partnerships.
• Analyze attendee engagement, lead generation, and business impact to optimize future events.
• Build relationships with vendors, partners, industry leaders, Sales, and Customer Success.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in event marketing with a record of planning and executing impactful events.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple events and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with internal teams and external partners.
• Ability to analyze event data and optimize marketing strategies.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and accountable.

Nice to have

• Experience producing events for a SaaS technology company.
• Experience producing events for senior leaders or C-suite executives.
• Experience in the healthcare industry.
