What you will do

• Develop event marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives and business goals.
• Manage end-to-end event planning and execution, including budgeting, vendor selection, and logistics.
• Develop and execute promotional campaigns to drive event registration and attendance.
• Conduct post-event debriefs to analyze event success and identify areas for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in event marketing with a proven track record of planning and executing successful events.
• Strong project management skills, able to juggle multiple events simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to analyze data to assess event success and optimize future strategies.
• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

• Experience producing events for senior leaders and c-suite executives.
