What you will do

• Lead operational readiness for Transaction Banking product roadmap deliverables before go-live.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Operations leaders to assess impacts, resolve dependencies, and drive execution.
• Establish governance for complex readiness workstreams, including milestones, risks, communications, training, procedures, and post-launch stabilization.
• Oversee operational user acceptance testing, including test strategy, coverage, defects, and readiness recommendations.
• Prepare executive updates, decision materials, and reporting using Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, Confluence, Power BI, and Amazon QuickSight.
• Lead enablement programs and promote responsible AI and machine learning adoption to improve controls, decision-making, and operational workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years of relevant professional experience in Operations, project or program management, business analysis, product implementation, client service, or financial services.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional change initiatives, product launches, operational implementations, or transformation programs.
• Advanced project and program management skills covering governance, milestones, dependencies, resources, risks, issues, and executive reporting.
• Experience translating product strategy, business requirements, client journeys, operating models, and controls into operational readiness plans.
• Experience leading or overseeing user acceptance testing and making launch-readiness recommendations.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and control-focused problem-solving skills, with practical fluency using approved AI tools.

Nice to have

• Experience in Transaction Banking, cash management, payments, client onboarding, client implementation, or Operations support.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile delivery, product roadmaps, release management, and production go-live governance.
• Experience with operating model design, process re-engineering, process mapping, procedure documentation, or control design.
• Experience with AI, automation, data visualization, Power BI, or Amazon QuickSight.
• Experience mentoring colleagues and promoting consistent operating standards.
