Senior IT Project Manager (Digital Assets)

Location: On site in Southlake, TX or Austin, TX, United States

Salary: USD $112,000–$170,000 per year, plus bonus or incentive opportunities

What you will do

• Define, plan, orchestrate, and deliver enterprise-wide strategic initiatives across the Digital Assets portfolio.
• Lead projects involving spot crypto, tokenization, digital assets, application development, systems integration, process reengineering, and infrastructure modernization.
• Manage project scope, milestones, delivery plans, budgets, forecasts, resources, risks, issues, and interdependencies.
• Partner with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, business leaders, technology teams, and risk stakeholders to support Agile delivery.
• Facilitate problem-solving, resolve stakeholder conflicts, and maintain effective team relationships.
• Coach and mentor team members to remove roadblocks and drive execution.

Requirements

• 8+ years of project management experience with multiple large, complex, cross-functional projects in product development, systems, and technical environments.
• 8+ years of experience with project management tools and artifacts, including MS Project, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, budgets, change requests, and status reports.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and software development methodologies, with experience delivering complex projects.
• Experience using AI tools to optimize project management capabilities.
• Ability to build stakeholder trust, motivate teams, resolve conflicts, communicate clearly, and operate effectively in a matrixed organization.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience; applicants must be authorized to work full-time in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with digital asset products such as tokenization, stablecoins, custody, or crypto.
• Financial industry experience.
• Experience in a scaled Agile environment.
• PMP or PMI-ACP certification.
