Senior Technical Project Manager / Senior Implementation Manager (SaaS)

Location: San Francisco, California, United States; hybrid schedule with office attendance every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Compensation: On-target earnings of $100,000–$150,000 annually with a 90/10 split, plus potential equity.

What you will do

• Own complex, multi-workstream customer implementations from discovery and solution design through launch, adoption, and value realization.
• Advise customer leaders on future-state workflows, operating models, governance, change, and measurable outcomes.
• Build project plans, decision frameworks, stakeholder cadences, risk registers, and executive updates across concurrent engagements.
• Lead discovery workshops and solution design covering permissions, integrations, data flows, automations, migrations, APIs, webhooks, and AI-powered capabilities.
• Drive change management, enablement, cutover, adoption, escalation resolution, and cross-functional delivery with Sales, Product, Engineering, Account Management, and Support.
• Improve implementation delivery through reusable assets, playbooks, mentoring, knowledge sharing, and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years leading customer-facing SaaS implementations, professional services engagements, technical programs, or complex transformation work.
• Demonstrated ownership of complex implementations from discovery through sustained adoption, involving multiple stakeholders, workstreams, and technical dependencies.
• Strong consultative, systems-thinking, project leadership, executive communication, and change-management skills.
• Technical fluency across integrations, permissions, data flows, automations, migrations, APIs, and webhooks.
• Experience resolving escalations, recovering at-risk projects, and improving services organizations through reusable solutions or operational improvements.
• Must work within the US hybrid model and attend the office Tuesday through Thursday.
