Digital Account Executive (Sports Media)

What you will do

• Drive revenue growth for Home Team Sports digital offerings through agency and direct client sales.
• Build, develop, and maintain relationships with agencies, clients, media companies, technology companies, and strategic partners.
• Create and implement digital sales concepts, packages, platforms, and partnership opportunities.
• Develop sales strategies for video, social, and programmatic digital solutions.
• Advise internal teams, representation partners, agencies, and clients on digital offerings.
• Participate in client activities, trade association events, meetings, and regular business travel to expand market visibility and revenue.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Sports Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of digital sales, sales, or agency experience in sports or entertainment.
• Strong oral and written communication, presentation, public speaking, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to analyze sales and research data, including CPM, impressions, site metrics, and data analysis.
• Technological proficiency and the ability to understand new technology platforms and their business applications.
• Microsoft Office knowledge, including Word and Outlook, plus the ability to develop and maintain effective business relationships.
