Product Specialist (HVAC)

Location: Schofield, Wisconsin, United States; office-based role with occasional mobility for in-person meetings and possible onsite support.

Salary: $62,685–$73,747 per year.

What you will do

• Provide basic technical support by phone and email to internal and external sales members on product selection and application.
• Generate quotes for special design requests and miscellaneous parts.
• Gather information and resolve field problems, including possible onsite support.
• Negotiate back-charges and partner with Purchasing, IT/Systems, Business Units, Finance, and other teams on order-related challenges.
• Identify process improvements, contribute to product and system roadmaps, and develop process documentation.
• Prepare materials for sales interactions, review technical documentation, and document calls and stakeholder interactions in CRM.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of relevant work experience.
• A two-year associate degree or equivalent years of job experience.
• Basic knowledge of codes and standards relevant to supported products and applications.
• Ability to operate standard office equipment and perform sedentary, repetitive computer- and phone-based work.
