What you will do

• Assist with the design of HVAC and mechanical systems for building projects.
• Perform engineering calculations, select equipment, and develop system layouts.
• Prepare construction drawings and coordinate designs in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Coordinate with architectural and other engineering disciplines, project teams, and clients.
• Participate in site visits and verify existing field conditions.
• Support construction administration by reviewing submittals, responding to RFIs, assisting with field questions, and preparing technical documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Two to five years of experience designing HVAC systems for buildings.
• Familiarity with Revit, AutoCAD, and HVAC load calculation software.
• Basic understanding of ASHRAE standards and applicable building codes.
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
• EIT certification is preferred but not required.
